How to book:You can book by email ( e-Mail: The Limes) but in general we would prefer you to call us by phone. We will need a deposit or credit or debit card details to confim the booking*. Note that for everyone's security we cannot take card details by email. We also need your address and a contact telephone number. Please note our Cancellation Policy. We understand that plans may change and so we allow rooms to be cancelled up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival date with a nominal cancellation charge of £10 per person per night. For notice less than 3 days the full rate will be charged for each night within this 3 day period. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of non-arrival you will be charged for your full booking or 3 nights, whichever is the lesser. We hope you feel this is fair, there have been times we have been fully booked and had to decline further bookings and then been let down by guests at the last minute. *Note that because of the high costs of processing, all card payments are subject to a small surcharge of £1.50. When you book please give us an indication of your planned arrival time. We are only small so we need to make sure someone is here to welcome you. If it changes please let us know as soon as possible. We can usually cater for check-in after 4pm. If you are here for an event such as a wedding or party where you need to arrive much earlier to get changed or freshen up we can let you drop your bags etc and use the bathroom and will try to make sure a room is ready, but do discuss it with us beforehand. Note that the latest check-in time is 9.45pm. We are fairly informal, there is no restriction on coming or going, but on the day of departure we do ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am so we can sort things out for the next visitors. You are welcome to use the guest lounge or garden as long as you like however. Please note we do not allow animals in the house. We do like animals and dogs are allowed in the garden providing they are supervised. We are a working smallholding so we do have to be careful with regard to animals on the premises. |
