The Limes Bed and Breakfast


Directions from Bristol:

You can come from Bristol along the M5, in which case use the directions above.

Alternatively come along the B3128 from Bristol and then the B3130. This takes you through Tickenham. Eventually you will pass the water works buildings on the right hand side and then will go under the M5 motorway. Just past there on the left is a road signposted "Clevedon Craft Centre". Turn left here and follow the road to its end. Straight on is a small lane but you turn left onto Davis Lane. After 200 yards turn right into Kenn Moor Road. The Limes is 300 yards on the left, opposite a farm entrance on the right.

Directions from the M5:

Note: this is not the shortest way but it is the easiest way for guests on the first occasion! 

Come off the M5 at Junction 20, and along the spur road after the motorway roundabout. At the end of this there is another roundabout. Turn left onto the ring road and then left again at the next roundabout. (You will see Tesco on the right hand side of the roundabout). This will bring you out of Clevedon on the Yatton road, B3133 and you will cross a river/drainage channel. Follow this road over the motorway into Kenn village and turn left into Kenn Street at the Drum and Monkey pub by the church. 

At the end of this road turn left into Kenn Moor Road. We are the second building on the right, about 300 yards from where you turned left, past a bungalow and a field on the right. The drive entrance is just past the house, opposite a farmyard entrance on the left side of the road. The Limes' house name is on the pedestrian gate by the footbridge over the rhyne. 

If you get to the end of the road you have missed us! We are halfway between where you joined the road and the end of it.


Directions from Yatton:

As you pass north through Yatton heading towards Clevedon, turn immediately right into Kenn Moor Road after you cross the railway line. Note your mileometer reading as you cross the railway line. We are exactly 2 miles on the right.
